Aski is currently seeking to add a Project Administrator to their team on a full-time basis, generally 8 to 4:30, 32 hours per week.

 

About the role

The Project Administrator role in the company is focused on the support and administrative function of the company's various projects. This role offers a wide variety of tasks, an opportunity to learn various different natural resource sectors and industry practices, and an opportunity for professional development in the workplace. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong prioritization, organization, and self-directed work skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist HSE Manager and Project Managers in project document preparation
  • Assist project team in the booking, scheduling, and ordering of resources
  • Assist HSE Manager and Project Managers in the project reporting and document control
  • Assist HSE Manager and Project Managers in project close-out documentation
  • Work with Finance and Project Managers to ensure all receipts and expenses are coded and accounted for
  • Assist employees in the collection of documentation including for safety training, hiring/onboarding, expense reports, etc, and file to project managers and clients appropriately
  • Manage schedules with Project Coordinator and share with field staff changes in schedule
  • Record project meeting minutes
  • Create and update workflows
  • Coordinating quality controls for ensuring the deliverables meet client demands

Candidate requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suites including Word, Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams
  • Strong organization, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver professional quality work back to project managers and HSE manager
