Atooskee Energy Services is seeking an experienced and community-minded General Manager to lead the operations of Crowfeathers, a SFN-owned convenience store, fuel station, propane service, and food service operation located in Moberly Lake, British Columbia.
As General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the economic development goals of Saulteau First Nation by operating a successful, sustainable business that delivers exceptional service to community members and visitors alike.
Reporting to the Board of Directors through the Board Chair, you will provide strategic and operational leadership while working closely with the corporate Finance and Human Resources teams of Mistahiya Development Corporation.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of Crowfeathers, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and efficient business operations.
You will lead and develop employees, oversee retail and fuel operations, manage inventory and financial performance, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and identify opportunities to grow the business while maintaining a welcoming and community-focused environment.
